Hairy Dog Grooming Salon and its employees agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Hairy Dog Grooming Salon or its employees. Hairy Dog Grooming Salon or its employees shall not be held responsible for the loss, injury, death, or actions of any pet while not in the care of Hairy Dog Grooming Salon.
The taxi service is a free collection and drop off service for customers within a 3 mile radius of TQ6 0LR. Outside of this a £5 charge will be added per 15 mins of journey time (service only available within the TQ6 area).
Hairy Dog Grooming Salon staff WILL NOT enter a client’s home property unless an authorised person (18 years old or over) is home at the time of pick-up and delivery. Pet will be collected and dropped off at agreed address only. Changes to the agreed addresses must be in advance and in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org
The client understands that all pets (where appropriate) must have a veterinarian and must be up to date with vaccinations. All pets must be in a fit and healthy condition upon collection. Any fleas found on pets will incur a charge to cover the costs and time to decontaminate the salon and with Taxi customers, also the vehicle. Hairy Dog Grooming Salon does not accept aggressive animals. Behavioural concerns will be addressed by having your dogs placed/transported in a crate, and you maybe asked to collect your pet immediately. All pets must be microchipped and wearing an ID tag with your contact details on. All pets must be accompanied by a lead and/or crate. Hairy Dog Grooming Salon reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations. Hairy Dog Grooming Salon reserves the right to cancel and reschedule service due to weather concerns.
We do our best to keep your appointment time; however, due to the nature of the service there may be times when we are behind schedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if this should occur. If we are unable to agree on a new appointment time we will reschedule for another day and no late cancellation charges will apply to the customer.
If a customer misses an appointment with either no notice or less than 24 hours notice, a charge will apply. This is at the salon owners discretion but may be up to 100% of the standard grooming charge for that dog. Future appointments may require a non refundable deposit or the full groom price payable in advance via bank transfer or cash.
